Who are we?

  I have worked in the Community and Disability sector for 7 years, in a variety of roles including as a Program Manager and a Support Coordinator for direct case managements of young people and adults with varying disabilities.

I am passionate about working with those with complex support needs to empower and inspire them to achieve their goals that they would like to achieve.

I enjoying supporting participants to build confidence and knowledge in their own skills and abilities to lead their own lives with their own choices.

I have worked in the Disability Sector for the past 11 years assisting people from diverse backgounds and Behaviour Support needs to live their best lives.

My background consists of Managing special needs before and after school programs, Short Term Accommodation and Support Coordination.  

Actioning NDIS plans and addressing points of ciris to mitigate risk with participants is my strength.

I enjoy working alongside participants to achieve thier goals and to empower them in self directing their lives.

I have worked in the disability sector for 25 years , I have worked in group homes , respite homes , Coordinated Day Programs and ran many fun activities and delivered many concerts with 80 performers to their family and friends. I am extremely passionate about working with people with a disability and strive to be client focused and work towards their goals while navigating the NDIS world together.
